David J. Caracausa has been a real estate broker, trusted consultant and developer since 1975. As the original founder
of Coldwell Banker Premier Properties Group, Caracausa has become a benchmark in the industry with his
outstanding performance. He has earned prestigious recognition with not only Coldwell Banker but
also The National Association of Realtors, Wall Street Journal, House of Representatives of
Pennsylvania, is a Montgomery County Community College Hall of Fame inductee, and continually
