On the Personal Side:

I was born in Seoul, South Korea. Our family moved from there to Albany NY, to Atlanta, Atlantic City, Norwalk CT, Memphis Tenn, Chicago, Las Vegas and a few more places until Columbia became our home. I graduated from the University of South Carolina (USC) 1996. Graduate with a B.S. Accounting. I also have experience in Accounting, Hotel business and more. I decided to team up with my Mom 1996 and to become a REALTOR®. Over the years I continued my education and I was awarded the CRS, CSP, ASR, ABR, and e-PRO Designations. My husband Dave owns his a business PARTYTIME (DJ's, Weddings, Casino Nights (FUN), and much more). His family lives in the Denver Colorado area. Bojo, our adorable Yorkie, is our dog and keeps us running. We both love to snow ski, snowboard, camping, hiking and enjoy nature in the overall. I like to decorate and travel.

My sister Corinne graduated from USC 2005 (BS in Business & Finance) is employed at Merrill Lynch in Columbia.

Rosemarie, originally from northern Germany near the Baltic Sea, met husband Peter in Switzerland, has supported his hotel management career for almost 40 years, raised their two daughters Kirstin & Corinne, volunteered in schools, athletics, band, dance, and the community. Her background: Risk Management, Hotel & Restaurants, & Banking & International Banking. She decided on a career in Real Estate in 1993 to provide personalized service for people on the move wanting to make a difference during this sometimes stressful time. She loves her family, dog, nature, gardening, movies and the beach.
