Susan has lived in Florida since 1970 moving from Merrick, Long Island, New York.

Susan is a member of the Florida Keys Board of Realtors and the National Organization-Women's Council of Realtors (serving as a past local chapter president,treasurer and membership chairperson).

She and her husband Wayne purchased a vacation home in 2005 in Key Largo Florida. After selling real estate in Cape Coral, Florida for 27 years Susan decided to make Key Largo her full time residence.
