Susanna Boyer epitomizes integrity, loyalty and creative service in every detail of your real estate transaction. Susanna has lived and worked in the Central Texas area for over 30 years and started her career in sales and customer service over 20 years ago when she started her own business of advocating for others in the medical field. She brought that love of helping others to the Real Estate industry in 2004 when she got her salesperson’s license and in 2008 attained her Broker’s license. She has worked almost every aspect of the industry representing buyers, sellers, investors and banks, in both traditional and foreclosure properties.



Susanna has been inspired and trained by some of the best from Zig Ziglar, Craig Proctor, John Maxwell, Joe Stumpf, Tony Robbins and many others. She travels across the country to attend seminars and training by the best, only to make her better at what she does for her clients. Susanna is also very conscientious and hard working.



She volunteers with her local REALTOR® association in many aspects, as well as being voted by her peers as Treasurer of her local association. Susanna was on the Board of Directors for Williamson County Association of REALTORS® from 2010 - 2017 and is currently the Secretary of the Scholarship Foundation for WCREALTORS and served 3 years on the Board of Directors for the Texas Association of REALTORS®. She also serves on the Professional Standards committee with the Texas Association of REALTORS®, where she sits on Tribunals to hear cases that are brought forward to make a determination (with her peers) to see if a violation occurred, she also has sat on numerous Ethics and Arbitration panels that have heard cases and made decisions on consequences to those who were found in violation of the Code of Ethics. Susanna also serves as the President of the Professional Women of Williamson County and is a Director for her neighborhood Home Owner's Association.



Susanna has a deep devotion to God, her wonderful husband Roland, their 3 children and 9 fabulous grandchildren. Her love for serving leads her to the Music Ministry and other missions at the church she attends, as well as being an Ordained Minister.
